Bernd Bissinger is a certified health coach (IIN, New York, USA) & NLP Master (DVNLP). His life changed fundamentally when he discovered the Medical Medium® books. In his coaching sessions, he advises, accompanies and supports people based on the principles of Medical Medium® in their individual lifestyle and nutritional changes, thus ensuring a pleasant, time-saving and error-free implementation of the protocols.
Who is The Medical Medium®?
Anthony William, medical medium, is the founder of the worldwide celery juice movement and has been helping people overcome chronic illness since his youth. He is the world's most successful health book author in history and has published eight books - all #1 NY Times bestsellers. After he could no longer meet the demand for individual coaching sessions - his waiting list was two years at the last count - he began to pass on the knowledge he had imparted in the form of books in order to help as many people as possible. A large number of renowned athletes and Hollywood stars, including tennis star Novak Djokovic, actors such as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Sylvester Stallone, Adam Sandler, Robert De Niro, Hilary Swank and Gwyneth Paltrow, 13-time Grammy winner, artist and producer Pharrell Williams, personality coach Tony Robbins, models Naomi Campbell and Miranda Kerr, bestselling author Alejandro Junger and musician Steve Harris from Iron Maiden - all of whom can undoubtedly afford the best doctors - are among his clients and are convinced by Medical Medium. To date, not a single detail of his statements has been scientifically refuted. On the contrary, renowned universities such as Harvard, Stanford and Yale only last year came to the same conclusion as Medical Medium, who wrote in his books seven years ago that Epstein-Barr is the cause of MS.

Medical Medium's approach is based on a diet that (ideally) consists mainly of the so-called "Sacred Four" and is complemented by supporting supplements. The 'Sacred Four' categories are Fruit, Vegetables, Herbs & Spices and Wild Plants & Honey.
According to Medical Medium, these foods help to counteract the harmful "Merciless Four". These include the Viral Explosion, DDT, Radiation and Toxic Heavy Metals.
Eggs, dairy products, gluten, pork, corn, soya, refined beet sugar, rapeseed oil, artificial & natural flavourings, farmed fish, glutamate, sweeteners and citric acid are removed from the diet as much as possible, as according to Medical Medium they feed viruses and can therefore promote inflammation and cause health problems. You can gradually phase out these foods with the aim of removing them completely from your diet over time.
According to Medical Medium, wild blueberries (uncultivated) are considered to be the most potent food in the world and can be especially helpful in detoxifying heavy metals and eliminating the "Merciless Four" factors.
They are also excellent foods for the brain, support liver repair and are also considered the most powerful prebiotic available.
As well as containing the highest levels of antioxidants in the world, which can help prevent cancer and protect the nerves, these berries are also said to contain dozens of undiscovered properties that we can benefit from. Medical Medium tells us that the innate intelligence of wild blueberries reads your body when you eat them, analysing for potential health issues and finding the best way to help combat them. They are also said to monitor your stress and toxicity levels.
Another fantastic quality of wild blueberries is their hardiness. Medical Medium describes how early Native Americans observed that only wild blueberry plants grew back after a forest fire. Therein lies the power of wild blueberries. They grow in the wild and can be burnt to the ground in the process - they will come back stronger and more resilient than ever. That's why we don't have to worry about the availability of wild blueberries.
So you quickly realise: these fantastic berries offer benefits for every part of the body and eating them every day can only benefit you!
Emotional and spiritual support
Wild blueberries are also essential for our emotional health. Medical Medium describes them as resurrection food for people who are at a low point. By eating wild blueberries, their power is transferred to us and we can absorb this resurrection energy, says Anthony William.
They can also give us inspiration and motivation and strengthen our inner structure. This can help us to react more resiliently to punishment, rejection, contempt, humiliation and degradation. If you feel criticised, devalued or neglected, wild blueberries can be an emotionally supportive food.
They can help us to cope with difficult circumstances such as illness or relationship problems and to grow from them. They help us to be positive and make good decisions.
What is the best way to eat wild blueberries?
Thanks to their robustness, wild blueberries do not lose their vigour during the freezing process. You can therefore eat the berries fresh, frozen, defrosted or as pure wild blueberry juice or wild blueberry powder. Whenever possible, look for organic quality.
Wild blueberries are delicious on their own or with other berries and fruit, drizzled with a few drops of honey. They are also ideal in salads, dressings, smoothies and desserts.
Medical Medium recommends having one "Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie" per day as part of your morning routine. This consists of many nutrient-rich, potent ingredients and helps to best support the body in eliminating heavy metals - 2 cups wild blueberries (or equivalent in powder form), 2 bananas, 1 cup coriander, 1 cup orange juice, 1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder, 1 teaspoon spirulina, 1 small handful of Atlantic dulse and optional water or coconut water for blending.
Tip: Start with small amounts so that the detoxification effect is not too strong and slowly work your way up to the amounts specified in the recipe. Always listen to your body!
