Simply convert into a retractable countertop blender
You can use the Blendtec Professional 750 as a stand mixer as normal. However, you can also - and this is what sets this model apart from all other blenders - simply make it disappear into your kitchen counter. To do this, simply remove the plastic housing around the motor block with a single movement, use the template provided to cut a corresponding recess in your worktop and then sink the Blendtec motor block into it. The blender stays in place without any further fixing. Only the receptacle for the blender jug and the controls are visible on your worktop. It couldn't be simpler or more elegant!
Six pre-programmed mixing cycles at the touch of a button
Blendtec was the first manufacturer to integrate preselection programmes for the most popular blending recipes into its blenders. With the perfect adjustment of blending speed and duration, precise blending is also a breeze with the Professional 750! Six mixing cycles are available at the touch of a button: Sponge, blended drinks, smoothie, sorbet, whole fruit juice and warm soups. Simply press the appropriate button and the Professional 750 does the rest. The motor accelerates automatically and switches off automatically at the end of the mixing cycle. The result? Perfect blends every day.
Manual speed control is easy with the plus/minus buttons. By pressing the practical pulse button, you can insert an intermediate spurt as required. The illuminated display shows the speed and (remaining) mixing time at all times.
Unique WildSide+ container for the best blending results
The scope of delivery of the Blendtec Professional 750 includes the unique WildSide+ container with a capacity of 2.6 litres (1.1 litres optimum filling quantity, 0.3 litres minimum filling quantity). The container is designed with its fifth "extra corner" so that the contents are always thrown back into the centre of the Blendtec twin blade during blending. This ensures a consistently homogeneous mixing result and is also the reason why no tamper is included in the scope of delivery - you simply don't need one!
Cleaning? A piece of cake!
To clean the container thoroughly after use, all you need is a little water and a splash of washing-up liquid. Simply place the container on the drive shaft and run the motor at high speed for 20-30 seconds - and your WildSide+ container is ready for use again.
