Simply attach and start blending at full power
Use the side connection of the food processor for the blender. To do this, place the Ankarsrum Assistent Original on its side and remove the protective cap. The blender is simply placed on top and secured with a slight turn to the left.
Application tips for the best results
Place the ingredients in the blender and after 30-40 seconds you will achieve the desired consistency for your soups, pestos and smoothies. The Ankarsrum Assistent Original should run at high speed during the blending process.
Purees and sauces are given a particularly fine consistency if you imitate a pulse function by switching it on and off.
