Raw organic physalis
Physalis, also known as Cape gooseberry or Andean berry, is native to South America. Portuguese sailors once took the plant with them to South Africa, where it found another home at the Cape of Good Hope. This is probably why it was given the name Cape gooseberry. In Africa, the leaves of this herbaceous plant are used as a plaster to heal wounds. All over the world, however, the physalis fruit is particularly popular due to its refreshing flavour, decorative appearance and, last but not least, its many valuable ingredients.

Ich liebe Physalis und bin so dankbar, dass ich hier bei Keimling so tolle bestellen kann. Sie sind gegenüber von anderen, die ich ausprobiert habe saftiger, geschmacklich und von der Konsistenz her einfach grandios.

Wie Brausebonbons
Eher was für spezielle Anwendungen. Sie schmecken wirklich wie Brausebonbons. So lassen sie sich auch mit etwas Trinkbarem verwenden, ist auf jedenfall besser, als Zucker. Für den einfachen Genuss aber etwas zu teuer.
