With only 47 revolutions per minute, the Slowstar works particularly gently with low oxygen input. This gives you fruit and vegetable juices with a very wide range of nutrients. The slow-rotating motor even makes it possible to produce nut purees.

Thanks to the unique double-blade press roller, both hard and soft fruit and vegetables are easily pre-cut and drawn in. The Slowstar juicer also juices long-fibre ingredients such as celery stalks.
