As far as we know, this little machine really is an impressive game changer that no other supplier has yet come up with for producing cold extracts in a short space of time. Where otherwise a great deal of planning is required to produce healthy cold extracts yourself, with the new Tribest device it only takes minutes from the idea to the finished drink!

What health-conscious people may have previously disliked about tea and coffee preparation - that the raw products are heated again to a greater or lesser extent and other ingredients are lost as a result - is now a thing of the past. Thanks to a newly developed vacuum technology, the Shine Kitchen Cold Brew is able to perfectly extract the flavour from coffee powder, tea leaves and other flavouring agents - without the use of heat. Of course, these extracts can be heated after extraction if you feel like it. Only the flavour remains unrivalled: not astringent or bitter, as is the case with production using high temperatures. A nice side effect: the drinks don't need the whole night or several hours to be made. Depending on flavour preferences, this can be done in just a few minutes using the setting options: Light 10 min. | Medium 15 min. | Strong 20 min. | Extra 45 minutes.

Why cold brew

The decision to only drink cold-brewed beverages in future has enormous health benefits in addition to the flavour advantages. Hildegard von Bingen already used cold extracts from herbs and fruits in her recipes and medicines. This is because a large number of antioxidants and natural ingredients are guaranteed, as the water supplied is actually only at room temperature or colder. This means that when a drink is made from dried fruit and fresh herbs, the extracts contain many more enzymes and vitamins.

What does the practice look like

Simply select the desired strength (light, medium, strong or extra), pour in filtered water and products and let the machine do the rest. No guesswork for the perfect cup of cold brew. The simple settings allow for a smooth or strong brew of coffee powder, tea leaves, fresh herbs, dried fruit and superfoods from 10 minutes plus. Enjoy a flavourful extraction with less bitter aftertaste and added antioxidants. This machine does not heat your brew - instead, its unique vacuum technology ensures a balanced extraction in a total of four settings, from light to extra strong! A double filter ensures a surprising end result: a clear, clean, refreshing and authentic flavour that pours into the glass jug provided after processing with vacuum technology.

Knowing how

The powerful vacuum extraction prepares the drinks under pressure and draws the liquid through the filter chamber again and again. Enjoy a tasty drink with unadulterated flavours and additional health benefits. Even after the short "familiarisation phase", you can let your imagination run wild. In addition to tea leaves, we can also recommend fresh wild and culinary herbs. A few pieces of lemon peel, ginger or turmeric also work well in cold brew.

Our Keimling Naturkost dried fruits also add a wonderful flavour to filtered water; we recommend the "strong" setting here. After making a drink, these dried fruits are great for adding to smoothies, muesli or simply for eating. We have had good experiences with goji berries, pineapple, apricot and mango. All the tests had one thing in common - they were drunk in no time at all by employees from our head office in Buxtehude. This opens up a whole new universe of possibilities and takes drinking pleasure to a whole new level.

Environmentally friendly operation

However profitable and powerful the vacuum technology may be, the power consumption speaks a completely different language. With a low 6.5 watts, the Cold Brew machine minimises power consumption even at the longest running time of 45 minutes.

The cleaning process is also completed quickly and without using a lot of water. Thanks to the removable parts, the appliance can be cleaned easily, quickly and effectively.

Incidentally, the appliance is made of 100% BPA-free material. The compact footprint also means that it takes up little space on or under the worktop and the appliance also looks stylish - as we all know, the eye also drinks.

The actual brewing process can be clearly seen on the water tank, as the water level keeps moving up and down and the water starts to change colour. Only the sound of the vacuum pump and the slight bubbling can still be heard. As soon as this has switched off automatically (depending on the programme set), the cold extraction is ready to drink. To do this, flip the lever on the water tank and the liquid flows through another filter into the beautifully shaped glass jug.
