Ich hatte versehentlich die für mich falsche Ölpresse gekauft. Als ich das Paket öffnete erkannte ich meinen Fehler. Es war überhaupt kein Problem dieses Maschinenteil zurück zu senden und die neue Ölpresse zu bestellen. Alles wurde ordnungsgmäß verrechnet und zugesendet.
Super finde ich auch die Fachkenntniss des Service - Personal. Egal welches Problem ich in der Vergangenheit mit meinem Vitamix hatte, ich konnte anrufen und es mit Ihrer Kompetenz klären.
