Raw peanuts are a rarity and not easy to find, as peanuts are usually roasted and salted.
Discover the special flavour of our raw peanuts with skin of the Baisha variety. The natural flavour of the peanuts is not adulterated by roasting or salting. We dry our peanuts naturally in the sun without any further heat. This gives you peanuts in raw food quality, as natural as possible.
The peanuts with skin come from small-scale organic farming and are dried in their shells directly in the field. After cracking, the best quality peanuts are carefully selected and then dried further in the sun. The seeds come directly from the farms so that we can always rely on the best quality. Every incoming batch of peanuts is analysed for aflatoxins
Peanuts are an exotic nut, as they are actually a legume. Their close relationship to peas and beans also gives peanuts their mild, nutty flavour, which is somewhat reminiscent of peas. This is why they are called "peanut" in English. In Germany, however, they are known as peanuts, as the fruits of the peanut plant ripen underground.
Our recommendation: Raw peanuts are a flavourful ingredient for raw food biscuits or fruit and chocolate bars. They are ideal for making spreads and are a tasty snack between meals.

Ein riesiges Dankeschön für diesen wunderbaren Service! Ich habe hier super leckere Bio-Erdnüsse bestellt. Als ich bemerkte, dass das MHD diesmal recht kurz war, habe ich ganz höflich nachgefragt. Der Kundenservice hat unglaublich freundlich reagiert. Mir wurde erklärt, dass das so nicht üblich ist. Nach einem kurzen Foto der Packungen wurde mir völlig unkompliziert ein großer Teil der Ware kostenlos ersetzt. Damit hätte ich niemals gerechnet. So viel Kulanz erlebt man selten. Wie immer PERFEKT! Meine Frau und Tochter lieben diese Erdnüsse. Vielen Dank dafür! Und an diejenigen, die mit dem Geschmack nicht zufrieden sind. Beachtet dass man Hülsenfrüchte (Erdnüsse sind Hülsenfrüchte) mind. 6-8 einweichen muss. Ich mache das über Nacht. Liebe Grüße
Ungeröstete Erdnüsse
Ich benötigte im Rahmen einer Scheinfastendiät ungeröstete Erdnüsse, habe sie aufgrund einer Empfehlung meines neuen Naturkostladens "Grünschnabel" bestellt. Die Lieferung klappte problemlos. Mir schmecken die Erdnüsse ganz vorzüglich.

Geschmack ist Mittelmäsig,aber vermutlich für Smoothies oder ähnliches gut geeignet,zum Naschen roh oder geröstet für eher für mich weniger.
