Muesli bar silicone mould

What could be better than homemade bars with ingredients you have selected, preferably in raw food quality? There is no need for the usual plastic or aluminium packaging and there are no limits to your imagination when it comes to recipes. One thing quickly becomes clear: you won't find anything this tasty and valuable in the shops.

This silicone mould is food-safe (BPA free), reversible and easy to clean (even in the dishwasher) and can hold 15 bars at a time. Wherever you want to go, the bars can go with you and are durable and easy to hold thanks to the gentle drying or cooling process. There are two methods, one is a mixture of nuts and dried fruit, which results in a kind of energy or muesli bar, and the other is a combination of cocoa butter or mass, nuts and a sweetener, which turn into delicious chocolate bars in the silicone mould in the fridge. The energy bars can also be refined with a vegan raw food chocolate icing. This turns your own creations into authentic culinary highlights from your own kitchen.

The silicone mould ensures that the bars are evenly portioned. With recipes for the dehydrator, the mould is only needed at the beginning to keep the dough in shape. After just a few hours, the bars can be pressed out of the mould and then dry more quickly without the mould. By continuing to dehydrate, you determine whether the bars remain soft (this affects the shelf life) or become firm to the bite. Bars from recipes with cocoa and coconut products can remain in the mould until consumption if desired. These products should be stored permanently in a cool place; at ambient temperatures of over 20°C, these bars would become soft again.
