The Mockmill Lino 100 and 200 were designed by Wolfgang Mock, the grain mill pioneer, and grinds fresh flour (including gluten-free varieties) in outstanding quality thanks to completely newly developed grinding stones made from corundum ceramic! The housing is made of wood and Arboblend® (made from renewable raw materials).
The Mockmill Lino 100 and 200 achieve wholemeal flour with a top value of 92% fine flour content. This was made possible by a new development of the grinding stones with a diameter of 90 mm and an adaptation of the grain size of the corundum ceramic. Wolfgang Mock has also revised the grain guidance system.
